4. Scheduling & Timelines

Complete Housing Works works carefully to maintain reliable scheduling and project completion timelines. However, delays caused by weather conditions, supplier shortages, permit processing, transportation interruptions, labor availability, emergency projects, or events beyond reasonable control may affect scheduling expectations.

5. Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and uninterrupted access to work areas, utilities, electrical panels, garages, plumbing systems, and installation spaces during scheduled appointments. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional labor charges or appointment rescheduling fees.

6. Preparation Responsibilities

Complete Housing Works is not responsible for accidental damage involving unsecured items located within active repair or construction zones.

7. Materials & Product Availability

Complete Housing Works reserves the right to recommend comparable replacement products or materials when originally selected items become unavailable during active project scheduling.

8. Project Modifications

Customer-requested changes made after project approval may affect labor requirements, material costs, scheduling timelines, and overall project pricing. Complete Housing Works will provide updated project information or revised estimates whenever practical before additional work is completed.

9. Workmanship Standards

Complete Housing Works performs all services according to accepted professional standards and industry practices. Natural differences involving stone textures, paint finishes, wood grain patterns, handcrafted surfaces, or lighting reflections are considered standard characteristics rather than workmanship defects.

10. Manufacturer Coverage

Products, fixtures, appliances, and equipment installed during projects may include warranties provided directly by manufacturers. Complete Housing Works does not replace, extend, or control manufacturer warranty coverage and cannot guarantee decisions made by outside suppliers or product providers.

11. Safety Conditions

Construction, repair, and installation projects may involve tools, ladders, exposed wiring, unfinished flooring, loud equipment, dust, or temporary hazards. Customers agree to keep pets, children, and visitors away from active work areas during scheduled service operations.

12. Delays Beyond Control

13. Cleanup Policy

14. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Projects canceled after labor scheduling, permit filing, material ordering, or custom fabrication may be subject to cancellation fees. Deposits connected to specialty products, reserved labor time, or non-refundable supplier purchases may not be recoverable.

15. Limitation Of Liability

Complete Housing Works’s liability is limited to the direct value of approved services performed under customer agreements. Complete Housing Works is not responsible for indirect damages, temporary inconvenience, hidden structural defects, business interruption, or unrelated property conditions discovered during projects.
